This is an attempted illustration of an Officer in the ceremonial dress of the Rumanian Armoured Corps.
Black seems to be the European colour for tank troops.

They are drawn with Windows Paint, very basic but easy to use.
I fit them together like jigsaw puzzles and then change the colour as required.
Got quite a few now.
