Edinburgh University Officer Training Corps
Can anyone help with the tartan worn by the unit?
Interesting that he's wearing a Wolesley helmet in the UK

Tartan
Since the regimental home of The Royal Scots [The Royal Regiment] was Edinburgh I would go with Stuart Hunting, which has a yellow band that would appear white as in the picture. I say 'was' because Whitehall has once again taken away most of the Regiments individuality [in my opinion which is not worth much] by forming The Royal Regiment of Scotland, of which The Royal Scots are now part of and will I believe wear government tartan.
