Egyptian Guard Cavalry

In one of the discussions there was a comment about coloured uniforms of the Egyptian Army being discontinued in the 1920s. The infantry wore their old blue uniforms when guarding the palace into the second world war, and this cavalry uniform was worn in the 1930s

I believe the second photo comes from the war museum in Cairo
