Hope this makes sense, to save space I have just done the main changes rather than repeat.
For example the Kings crown would have been in use from Edward VII [1901-1910].

RN Stripes 1891
To go with the epaulettes heres a chart for officer cuff stripes for around the end of the Victorian period.
I did try to paste a cpmparison chart but I'm afraid what you see is what you get.
For the civil branch I've only added a couple of examples as the ranks are shown in comparison to the military ranks below.
Red medical, White accountant, Purple engineer and Light Blue instuctors.
Hope it makes sense.
