Spanish officer in Manila, dated 1878. I think naval. But look at those heels.

This is Leutenant of Line Infantry.
Wears the blue "guinguón" -a type of cotton cloth- jacket. The six points stars are one silver-at the inner part of the arm, and the other gold. The cuff has two stripes, one lower silver and the upper gold.
