History of Bangladesh Rifles
Dear all,
According to the website of Bangladesh Rifles (BDR) (Currently Border Guards Bangladesh), in 1870, it was named as Bengal Military Police. But at that time, there was regiment named Bengal Military Police which was mostly recruited from Sikh and Punjabi. It just creates confusion. What was original name of the BDR at that time?
Regards
Shams
