Serbian Cadets, I think not
Captioned as Serbian soldiers, but more likely Austro-Hungarian rifle club?
Any ideas, please?

Most likely Austro-hungarian. Rifles looks like Werndl - jeager model.

Almost certainly a rifle club or independent militia
Overall style looks very Austrian, and Jaeger to be exact.
But those are not regulation Austrian coats, or hats, or whatever is stuck under their throats.
There were plenty of citizen militias in the Austrian historical tradition, but I can see that influence spreading to Hungary and Serbia to some extent. Think "urban" and "middle class."
