I'm thinking that like the photo in another topic of "Serbian Cadets", this picture too was mislabeled. Serbian enlisted men's caps didn't have visors, and the man in front has what appears to be a rank badge on his collar patches- the Serbs wore their rank insignia on the shoulder.

Normally I would agree with you, Serb ORs did not wear a visored cap. But there are quite a few pictures of 1931/14 of Serbian infantry in such a hat. Whether this was an elite unit, or simply the regular infantry component I am unsure. The rank badge is the star of a junior NCO on the collar, perhaps an experimental model.
