Dress regulations, Reglamentos Uniformes?

Can anyone help with copies of any central or south American dress regulations before 1970?
More than happy to purchase photocopies, or exchange with items I have.
I don't read Spanish yet but if I can get some reglamentos I will learn.

Unfortunately I found only this "Reglamento de uniformes y divisas del Ejercito y Fuerza Aerea Mexicanos" for the year 1976

Sean,
Some of the uniforms in that regulation do date before 1970, like most regulations not everything was updated.
I still have the original .pdf file of around 44KB if you want it!
