Seems to be a lack of anything Australian,
Starting at more or less the beginning he's a b/w drawing from Monty Webb's book on Australian uniforms that I've attempted to add some colour from.
I believe that he may have not got this one quite right, possibly due to the period covered and changes during that period.

Again details are a little hard to find.
The Governor disbanded the Loyal Associations and sent the New South Wales back to England around 1809.
There was a mention in another source to yellow facings, and since the illustration is showing chevrons on the sleeve  I used the British Napoleonic uniforms as a guide for the period 1803-09.
Accuracy? just say it's a loose guide.
