Dominican Republic, inter-war Empty Dominican Republic, inter-war

Can't vouch for accuracy.  A postcard from the Dominican Republic, perhaps 1920s or '30s uniform. The colored shoulder strap on a khaki coat reminds me of the short-lived US uniform style of 1898-1901.
