Interesting uniform, was this a 'summer' uniform or for fatigue duty or training purposes?

I believe the 1st figure is an NCO by the rank insignia patch on his chest.

Peru, white uniforms c. 1910-20 Empty Second photo probably not Peru but Argentina

Although the second photo in my first posting (the group picture) was said to be Peruvian soldiers during a war with Ecuador, I think that is incorrect in view of the following three photos all identified as Argentine. See especially the third photo for a match on sleeve rank. In the original photo in the first posting, don't overlook the cap and extreme bottom right. I guess the time to around the 1920s. I found these on Delcampe or Ebay.
