El Salvador Army 1910

Of note is that the tinting of the photo shows that the officers uniforms are a different colour to the men, similar to the Mexican Army of the Period, looks like they might be Grey and the men in khaki drill. Tinting of course doesn't prove anything but they got the tree colour right so you never know.

An interesting illustration Les,but when i've tried to view it again recently the "pop -up" remains blanks so i cannot view it/print off .Anyone else having this problem? regards Ranjit.

I just hope the officers didn't contemplate going into action dressed in a different color than their men. An enemy would've more than appreciated that.

I'm not getting an image either.

Greetings. Colour of linear infantry of this period-dark blue. The Kepi-top темно-синий,козырек-черный,околыш-красный.Офицерская the form-presumably blue. Probably on a photo cadets, at them the form can have a green shade. To tell it is precisely necessary to see the image!!!

Tried clicking on it using a pc at my local library, but nothing appears, Pat.

the photo disppeared from Servming as it dumps photos after a certain period of time to free up space.

If you want a copy download the image as soon as you can so that you can be certain of getting it before it is dumped again by the image server.

I have tested the link and it works. If you click on the http address it will give you the complete image not the cut off one shown here.
