Vietnam & North Korea by Jose Hefter

Picked this up from ebay somewhat unsighted, and couldn't believe the who the author turned out to be.
I couldn't scan the whole page in as it would have torn the pages.

Jose Hefter was before my time (but since he had been in the Austro-Hungarian army, he was before most people's time!). From clues and hints that I've come across, he was struggling with dissemination problems in the pre-internet and pre-digital technology days, as well as being in the Third World. One of his projects was the so-called "Odd Soldiers" wherein he periodically issued a few pages of uniform drawings and paintings, often reproduced by photograph snapshots. Except for his magnificent Mexican army research, his modus operandi was perforce to have found a source and then reproduce it without much, or any, further amplifying research. I've seen some of his treatment of Uruguay uniforms from the 1913(?) regulations, and c. 1865 French army uniforms.
