Diplomat corps uniform, with a tropical helmet with what looks like the British lion and unicorn. From the book "When Britain Invaded Soviet Russia; The Consul Who Rebelled" by Andrew Rothstein (about Mr Young's high-principled but career-fatal whistle-blowing over duplicity and incompetence during the 1918-1919 intervention at Archangel).
