Guatemala Regulations, 1939 Empty Well, there's a 1945 edition...

Sometime in the future I'll try to scan the 1945 regs. It's smaller than the 1939 regs, and I know it has at least some of the same illustrations, but maybe there's more on insignia. We'll see.
