Unknown South American Uniform insignia
Hello, and I know this is not normal but I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I pick up these insignia , a while ago but I have no no idea what they are. I know they are from south and central america and they date between 1890s- 1920s. They are french made , but would anyone know what they are for?

I think the half wing with the sun is from Peru but is it a collar badge? On the back of it, it has two pairs of prongs like on a cap badge.
