The red uniforms look very British, like the Foot Guards.

I believe at one time they had British and German military advisors.  I would have thought that with the French next door in Indo China, as it was then, that the French would have had a little input also.
However they seem to have added their own glitter to the Guards style uniform.

The Red along with traditional, followed by the rainbow or paint card effect. Puts the old facing colours to shame Smile
