jogger pushes woman into path of London bus

In may a woman was nearly pushed under a bus by a jogger, the video link's http://metro.co.uk/video/jogger-putney-bridge-knocked-woman-path-bus-1514815/?ito=vjs-link, and they are still looking for him.
Around the bridge there are numerous cameras, yet the only images of him appear to be from a low quality bus cam.  

London is one of the most spied on cities in the world, so it make you wonder how much effort has really gone into finding him.
Maybe they just don’t want to find him!
I’m sure that he would have been found within minutes it he’d chucked an MP in front of the bus.
