Mexican Army Uniform Regulations 1898 (Reglamento de uniformes para los Generales, Jefes, Oficiales y tropa del Ejército, México 1898) and some other Mexican Army Regulations from the end of 19th century is possible to download here: http://cdigital.dgb.uanl.mx/la/1080073711/1080073711.html . But without Atlas. Does anyone know where it is possible to download the Atlas?
