St. Petersburg city police - 19th century
Policeman Maleutskii, who tied a rope around himself and went under the ice to rescue a drowning person.
Inside the police museum. Ahhhhhh...
Breast badges of the St. Petersburg police, design confirmed 1903. (Not a numbered personal badge, but an organizational insignia.)
