The only thing I can say is the rifle is an Austrian M95 carbine and German ammunition pouches. Probably WW2.
Someone brighter than me can probably ID it...please?

Could be early 20's Polish, since they were still using a mix of items at that time. Then again, he's not wearing the Polish eagle cap badge.

Could also be a Yugoslav from the same period, going by the cap's cut. Then again, it doesn't have the Serbian style flat top.
