The only improvement that I can think of is possibly having a magnification facility for the smaller badges, some are a little hard to see in any detail.
Considering the amount of work that’s gone into your site this is a very minor problem.

Hi there,

It has always been the problem ... Do we go for a larger badge, or more images on the page.

The pages have themselves been reduced in size by creating sub categories but it's very difficult to get all the eggs in one basket, and regretfully we have gone for content rather than size BECAUSE people can write in to me directly for larger images.

If there’s the option for acquiring a larger image then I would agree, more badges over larger badges.
