Spanish Legion

Came across this photo of the Spanish Legion.
Sorry, showing my age but the Village People and Y.M.C.A just came to mind.
Some of them appear to be more comfortable with the look than others.

How about this for a heading;
‘I SHOULD HAVE WAXED THIS MORNING’

Glad to see you back.
I agree, Franco would have struggled without the Spanish Legion.

Although I’d say that it was the Condor Legion that gave him the real Edge.

The aid that he received from Germany and Italy far outstripped the ad-hoc aid the republicans received.

I wonder what would have happened if those great republican nations, won't name names,  had stood by their ideology and given similar aid.  
Maybe Spain could would have saved the world from WWII.
Franco, IMHO, was one of the greatest dictators of the last century.  He died in his own bed and they are still finding his victims, of which there were many.

My top five are:
Mao Tse Tung
Franco
Castro
Tito
HO Chi Minh

Stalin, Hitler, Qaddafi  and others didn’t fit the criteria.
