This annual, often several hundred pages in size, usually has a few good pictures of uniforms in it. From the 1970 issue:

On the cover, first time published, is a Ludwig Nieper (1826-1906) portrait of his son as a major and Divisions-Adjutant in the Saxon Artillery, about 1900.
