Mexican naval officer from the Porfirian era
From the auction sites. With his insignia including crossed cannons and an anchor, I guess this gentleman to be in the navy's marine artillery branch. The photo's inscription on the back indicates it was given by Ocatvio Malvido to General Montesinos and his family in 1891.
