Here we have the RPNGC contingent taking part in the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in London.

The uniforms were Dark Blue with Red trim at the collar and sleevesof the jersey,Dark Blue 'sulu', 1937 pattern webbing with bayonet frog (not visible), the long chain is for a whistle.
The officer on the right of the picture is in the standard British Colonial service uniform.

Not completely standard British Colonial uniform for the European element of the Constabulary.
The force was under Australian control and so wore uniforms that were a little different.
Unlike most forces the jacket collar remained stand. There were dark blue shoulder straps and the ubiquitous blue cap.
